My name is Elise Seitz and I have been a baking enthusiast for as long as I can remember. I have always had a love of science, delicious cookies and the fascinating way these are connected. I have worked as a cake decorator, bread and production baker. I have made countless custom creations for friends, family, businesses and even my own wedding. My desire is to make delicious baked goods that add the perfect amount of sweetness to your day. I was born and raised in Sonoma County, California, married the man of my dreams and now am a mama to two sweet, crazy boys.  I am an avid coffee drinker and Netflix binge watcher.
